A Note About Veronica's Voice

We are thrilled to announce the merger of Veronica’s Voice with ReHope. Both nonprofit organizations are dedicated to raising awareness and providing supportive services to survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation on their journey to freedom.

Thank you for your encouragement, solidarity, and assistance in our growth. We could not have made it this far without you.

We invite you to continue supporting our work and expanded services by supporting ReHope.

On July 1, 2024, Veronica’s Voice dissolved as a 501c(3) nonprofit and combined its assets, resources, and passion with ReHope.

ReHope converted the Wyandotte County, Kansas, Veronica's Voice long term housing program into a crisis stabilization home for women who have recently exited trafficking or exploitation. This filled a much-needed gap in services to provide the safe stabilization survivors need to plan the next steps on their healing journey, which may include ReHope Farms.

Get to Know Rehope

I am excited for the next chapter in this journey of love and compassion for the struggle I know so well. Veronica's Voice legacy will continue on through the work at ReHope, who share common visions and goals for survivors.

I welcome all of you to continue this journey with us.

- Kristy Childs, Veronica's Voice Founder

This merger expands and extends support to survivors and to women in crisis in the Kansas City Metro area. This merger is full of possibilities and excitement, and I am certain we will be better together. We are pleased to carry on the tremendous impact that

Kristy and Veronica’s Voice have had in the lives of so many survivors in the fight against the horrific scourge of sex trafficking.
