- Farm therapy: the women care for the farm goats and chickens, tend the garden, and participate in equine therapy, calming influences and opportunities to grow in responsibility
- Therapeutic arts: residents quilt, sew, knit, paint, and create candles, soup, and tumblers
- Participation in restorative programs and interaction with local social support agencies:

- Boundaries
- Trauma support group
- Substance abuse courses and counseling

Safe housing and all personal needs
- Housing: each resident has her own private, furnished room in beautiful facilities
- All meals: the women cook and eat meals together
- Healthcare and prescriptions
- Transportation to appointments, church, jobs, and off-site programs
- Grounds maintenance

Skills development, job preparation, and a job program where women learn to work in various capacities
- Communication skills
- Budgeting
- Assistance applying for and enrolling in GED, college, and professional certificate coursework
- Job program and mentoring: most women in ReHope’s program eventually start a job while in residence
- Missouri’s vocational rehabilitation program
- Social enterprise: participants sell manufactured goods from the therapeutic arts program
- Peer and volunteer mentorship
- Legal advocacy to help women expunge their records or improve their credit reports in order for them to find better employment
