Position Summary: As a volunteer driver during the World Cup Initiative, you will transport participants to appointments and activities in a safe and reliable manner.
Work Location: t.b.d.
Schedule: As needed from June 14 to July 17, 2026.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Driving participants to appointments or other organization activities
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and that all passengers are secure before driving
- Drivers must follow all traffic laws
- Maintain contact with the organization and relay any necessary information
Expectations:
- Caring, patient and reliable attitude
- Respects confidentiality
- Maintains a non-judgmental approach
- Upholds the organization’s values
- Willingness to be flexible with hours, potentially including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle

- General administrative duties like filing and organizing
- May assist with events or other day-to-day activities

Volunteer Term

What: Going to online escort websites, looking for faces & phone numbers, and texting those numbers from a Google voice number or other burner phone. Via text, we will seek meetups with these women, offer them exit resources, and simply love and listen to them. We want them to know they are seen as valuable image bearers and that when they are ready, we can help them escape their exploitation.
When: Online outreach will happen Fridays at 4pm & Saturdays at 5pm. Meetups will happen afterwards depending on the victim's availability. Volunteers should plan on being available the entire evening.
Who: Women, 21+, who have completed online outreach training and the application process. Men, 21+, who have completed outreach security training and the application process. Please note the men will be providing security for any meetings scheduled with exploited women and will not be exposed to the online portion of outreach.
What: Teams of 3 will visit some of Kansas City's illicit massage businesses. This team will bring gift baskets to the women working in these parlors and seek to offer them life coaching and exit services. Please note that this is a new team that Exodus Cry is seeking to launch during the World Cup.
When: AMP outreach may happen every Saturday at 5pm.
Who: An ideal AMP team is 3 people that includes 1 man, 1 woman, and 1 man or woman who speaks Mandarin. This team is ideal for people who have a heart to reach out to the Chinese community and speak Mandarin or have previous trafficking-outreach experience. All volunteers must be 21+ and attend AMP training.

What: A prayer room will be hosted inside Exodus Cry's outreach missions base. It will be a beautiful room with several prayer stations set up to support the intercessor experience.
When: Starting June 5th, it will run from 12 noon - 12 midnight every Friday and Saturday while World Cup outreaches are happening.
Who: Musicians, prayer leaders, and intercessors of all ages are welcome! Individuals may keep the prayer room going through live acoustic worship or by utilizing the prayer stations. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the prayer room. There is no limit to how many may be in the prayer room at once, but please try to claim unclaimed hours so that the prayer is continuous!
Please note that volunteers are strongly encouraged to sign up for one hour of prayer for every outreach that they participate in. This has been a proven method to help keep our hearts aligned with the Lord while doing such difficult work.

What: Teams of 5 will drive the streets known for prostitution and hand out gifts to those being prostituted on the streets. We will seek to communicate love, offer prayer, and the simple message that there are people in KC who support them, and want to make sure they know about all their options.
When: Street outreach will happen every Friday & Saturday starting at 9:30pm.
Who: Women, 21+, who have completed street outreach and the application process. Men, 21+ who have completed security training and the application process.
What: Teams of 3-4 will visit 2 to 3 of Kansas City's strip clubs. This team hands out gifts and lets the women know about our Jewels team that supports women in the sex industry with support groups & free life coaching.
When: Strip club outreach will happen every Friday at 9:30pm & Saturdays at 5pm.
Who: Women, 21+, who have completed strip club outreach training and the application process. Men, 21+ who have completed security training and the application process. *Please note that men are only needed for the Friday night strip club outreaches and are not allowed in the strip clubs. They provide security for the clubs that are in less secure parts of town.
